I’m really not the type to leave reviews, and this is honestly my first time ever leaving one because of how unprofessional this whole experience was. My mom has no dental insurance, so we were referred here because we were told they offered cleanings and X-rays at a much better price. We called beforehand and confirmed the price, but when she arrived, they took one X-ray of one tooth and charged her $100, didn’t do the cleaning, and didn’t provide a full set of X-rays. My mom isn’t a strong English speaker, so I called afterward to get some answers, but the front desk was completely unhelpful and couldn’t explain why one X-ray cost $100 or even tell me how much a full set would cost. They put me on hold to ask the doctor, but still couldn’t give me a clear answer, and when I asked to speak to the doctor, suddenly she was “busy.” Honestly, the whole situation felt very scam-ish and gave the impression that they pick and choose what price they want to charge each patient. If you’re paying out of pocket, I would definitely make sure you get the exact pricing and services in writing beforehand.

I had such an amazing experience. Dr. Mariam Beshara is very patient. She explains everything in details. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Adabella Smile. I usually dread going to the dentist but after my experience with Dr. Beshara, I will no longer dread my dental appointments.
